No worries, we’ll work out solutions with the help of a Design Thinking workshop or a proper user needs research. The discovery stage is a vital point of every project. You are experts in your field, now it’s the time to free up the power and bring those awesome ideas to life!
Design & implementation
Usually, I take advantage of the standardized UX process which consists of five stages: emphasize, define, ideate, prototype, test. It’s scalable and flexible, taking into account the peculiarities of a given project and environment. There’s a number of solutions I trust and have been using for many years – one example is your new website engine, be it a Content Management System (CMS): Wordpress, Joomla or CMS Made Simple.
Content administration & maintenance
No matter if you already have a great website or I will make one for you, a liveless website doesn’t do good to any business. Cooperating with your marketing department, I am able to produce content and implement it online, also through different channels, like social media. I use highest quality hosting services – scalable and fit for whatever your company needs are, ensuring near-100% availability.
Training & Support
Should you choose to administer content and/or host your services with a provider of your choice, I offer complete training and support. I have trained numerous teams, equipped with different levels of knowledge and skills. We can meet on-site, at a third party location or online. Implementation of certain workflows will ensure seamless transition and if help is needed – I am available!
